Strength in Stillness: A Meditation, Reiki & Sound Bath Journey
In this restorative session, Lindsay from Coastal Alchemy and Tiara Alicea, Somatic Transformation Coach, will create space for a powerful reset, designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner strength.
Lindsay will guide you through a grounding meditation and offer Reiki energy healing, while Tiara provides a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls. For those new to Reiki, this is a gentle, optional practice where the practitioner lightly places hands on or just above the body to support emotional balance and energetic alignment. The sound bath invites deep relaxation and emotional release by using harmonious frequencies and vibrations to calm the mind and restore balance in the body.
Join us for a moment to pause, release, and restore your energy. Stillness isn’t the absence of effort; it’s the foundation of strength.
Buy a Wellness Day pass and book your session at 12pm or 1:45pm.
