We get it, life happens and sometimes you can't make it to an event. As a small business, we depend on filling reserved spots and making sure you have high-quality experience every time you attend. Should you need to cancel, please email hello@coastalalchemy.co when you're able to. Applicable late cancellation fees and credit policy are noted below.
Cancellation Policy:
In-Person Workshops: are nonrefundable.
Virtual Workshops: account credit or refund less 5% service fee is available, if requested 24 hours prior to session time.
Retreats: The deposit to hold your spot is nonrefundable. If a request for cancellation is received sixty (60) or more days prior to the start date of a retreat, a refund of the retreat minus a 10% service fee will be issued, or the full amount can be used as a credit for future retreats. Any cancelations within sixty (60) days are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
Can’t make it to a workshop within less than 24 hours? Please consider gifting your ticket to a friend.
Account Credit Policy:
If you have canceled something in the past and have an account credit, you can use it like cash for any of Coastal Alchemy's offerings. Please email hello@coastalalchemy.co to apply account credit to the offering you'd like to attend. You are responsible for the difference between the credit amount and the new total.
