Official Rules for Sweepstakes and Other Promotions

Coastal Alchemy may occasionally conduct drawings, sweepstakes, contests, and/or other giveaways or promotions (referred to as “Promotions”) in person, via email, or on social media networks, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Unless specifically noted otherwise, these terms and conditions (the “Rules”) shall serve as the official rules for any such Promotion conducted by Coastal Alchemy. Coastal Alchemy may terminate, extend, suspend, or alter any promotion at its sole discretion.

These Promotion Rules are incorporated by reference into the Coastal Alchemy Terms & Conditions. By entering or participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by both these Promotion Rules and our general Terms & Conditions.

At Coastal Alchemy, we love creating intentional, uplifting ways to connect with our community—and sometimes that means surprise giveaways or creative promotions. To keep everything fair and legally sound, here are the official rules that guide any sweepstakes, contests, or prize-based offerings we host.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Promotions are open only to individuals 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, and to legal residents of the United States. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Employees of Coastal Alchemy and any partners, prize providers, or affiliates associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to participate. Promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of Coastal Alchemy as final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Promotion Period: July 13, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM EDT. Entries must be received by 11:30 AM to be eligible.

How to Enter: To enter, follow the entry instructions provided for the specific Promotion. This may include completing a registration form and collecting a mark (such as a stamp or handwritten verification with a marker) directly from Coastal Alchemy at each participating café location. Participants must check in with Coastal Alchemy staff at both individual locations during the event—not while walking between locations—to receive their marks. This Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period listed above. Entries submitted outside this window will not be eligible. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Alternate Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Participants may request a free stamp/mark at each participating location without making a purchase by identifying themselves to Coastal Alchemy at each location and requesting the promotional mark. Once both marks are received, the completed card must be submitted by 11:30 AM to be eligible.

Prizes: Three (3) individual winners will be selected:

Winner 1: Coastal Alchemy coffee mug (ARV: $15)

Winner 2: $10 gift card + tote bag from Bean Head Coffee Bar (ARV: $25)

Winner 3: $10 gift card from Scout Café (ARV: $10)

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize providers may include Coastal Alchemy and participating local businesses. Coastal Alchemy reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected by random draw. Winners will be notified in person and/or by email provided at registration. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the time period specified, Coastal Alchemy reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity & Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering, participants grant Coastal Alchemy and its partners the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entries must not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others.

Terms & Conditions: Coastal Alchemy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Promotion. Coastal Alchemy reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release Coastal Alchemy and its partners from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, and participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Promotion is Coastal Alchemy, a Delaware-based business.
