She believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and change and strives to create safer spaces for deeper and more meaningful connections with self and others.
Whether it's immersing in local cultures, exploring breathtaking landscapes, or diving deeper into personal growth through mindfulness workshops, Lindsay is sure to create a memorable experience.

Born and raised in Iowa, Madison was taught to find adventure in the seemingly ordinary. Her career over the past decade has been an ecosystem of landscapes, experiences, and industries in the pursuit of stewarding spaces of creativity, curiosity, and connection.
Madison became an ANFT certified forest bathing guide in 2020, after her time spent on the Pacific Crest Trail incorporating the walking meditations inspired by Thicht Nhat Hanh. This long walk with her Indi pup guided her to meet her now partner to live seasonally in their bus for 3.5 years, and since nestled them in the gentle wisdom of the WNC mountains.
Her approach is regenerative, matriarchal, intergenerational, and rooted in authenticity with an understanding that — just like the fig — ideas and fruitful actions are never fully produced in isolation.

Flying
We recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located approximately 35–45 minutes from the retreat property. American Airlines offers nonstop service from Philadelphia (PHL), making it the easiest option for many of our Mid-Atlantic guests.
If Asheville doesn't offer the best schedule or fare from your home airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is an excellent alternative, located approximately 2.5 hours from the retreat with numerous nonstop flights from both Philadelphia (PHL) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI).
Rental cars are available at both airports. About a month before the retreat, we'll create a private guest group where attendees can coordinate carpools and airport rides if they'd like to share transportation.
Flights and rental cars are not included in your retreat package.
Please wait to book your flights until your retreat registration has been confirmed.
